Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrival to Kathmandu

Landing in Kathmandu and transferring to the Hotel, is the beginning of a life-changing adventure!

The capital of Nepal is a vibrant and alive city. You can walk through the streets of Thamel, a popular tourist destination with stores and temples on every corner. Spend the time renting or purchasing any last-minute equipment, going for a stroll and exploring the neighborhood, or simply unwinding until the welcome dinner.

DAY 2 - Kathmandu-Phokara (823m)

After breakfast, we head to Pokhara in private Jeeps (5-6h) to get involved in a unique adventure.

Pokhara is a beautiful city surrounded by lakes and the gateway to Annapurna. Nepal’s second-largest city and one of the few locations on earth where mountains above 6,000 m can be seen clearly from an 800 m within a 28 km radius.

We will enjoy the rest of the rest relaxing around the city and getting ready for the next day.

DAY 3 - Phokara- Hile (1900m)- Ghorepani (2874m)

Distance: 7.4km
Elevation gained: 830m.

Today marks our entry into the famous Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Yaks will be plentiful as we’ll traverse rivers, valleys, and amazing hanging bridges like the popular Hilary Bridge. You’ll get the first chance to glimpse Mount Everest on a clear day!

We’ll spend two nights in Namche Bazaar, the trail’s happening town, to ensure a smooth journey and adjust your body to high altitude.

DAY 4 - Ghorepani (2874m)- Poon Hill (3210m)- Tadapani (2680m)

Distance: 9.8 km
Elevation gained: 230m.

It will be an easy day where we won’t gain much altitude to help us to adjust the body to the altitude and acclimatize.

You begin your walk following the Modi River’s bank. After climbing for a bit, you leave the river behind and move in the direction of the big boulders. Following the boulder’s passage, you must cross a bridge over the Kimrong River and then ascend a trail that leads to Chhomrong.  The trail continues up to Sinuwa while taking in the scenery of the bamboo, rhododendron, and oak forests before arriving at the lodge for the night.

DAY 5 - Tadapani (2680m)- Sinuwa (2300m)

Distance: 7.6 km
Elevation gained: 140m

Today’s hike begins with walking down several stone steps to reach the Chomrong Khola.

We cross a suspension bridge and start the ascend out of the valley through thick bamboo land.

Re-ascend to Kuldi at 2,470 meters, and then take a long stone staircase to the bottom.

The bamboo village is a collection of teahouse cabins created especially for hikers in a dramatic gorge.

DAY 6 - Sinuwa (2300m)- Deurali (3230m)

Distance: 7km
Elevation gained: 920m.

We start hiking through a bamboo forest up.  The trail rises steadily with fewer steep sections up a steep hill to reach Hinku Cave.

A spectacular view of the valley, the river below, and the steep rock-face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls are made possible by the sparser vegetation.

We cross various tributaries over bridges made of logs and grass before arriving at our night stay destination, Deurali.

DAY 7 - Deurali (3230m)- Annapurna Base Camp (4130m)
