How booking a trip with us works, from your first message to departure day.
Four simple steps
Get in touch
Tell us which trip you like, when you could go and how many of you there are. Use the form on any trip page or WhatsApp, whichever suits you.
We send you a proposal
You get the full itinerary, the price, the dates and the payment terms for that trip. If the dates don’t work for you, tell us and we’ll look into it.
Secure your place
To confirm your place we ask for a non-refundable deposit. The amount and when the balance is due depend on each trip. You can pay in euros, dirhams or US dollars, depending on the destination.
We prepare the trip with you
We tell you which visa you need, what to pack and how to get there. And if you want to arrive fit, you can add a tailored training plan.
Frequently asked questions
Are departures guaranteed?
Yes. We go even if you are the only person signed up.
Are international flights included?
No. Your flight to the trip’s starting point is not included. What each trip includes is listed in detail on its page.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, insurance covering helicopter rescue and repatriation is mandatory.
What gear do I need?
We’ll tell you exactly what you need for your trip. Where group technical gear is needed, such as ropes and carabiners, we provide it.
Who guides the trips?
Licensed local guides in each destination.
